When will this ever stop????
Dash is down with cough and running nose again, even though I had done the following:
1. clean my house twice a week (once by weekly cleaner, and once by my own self, used to clean house once a week by weekly cleaner only!)
2. Fed him with starfruit + chen pi boiling drink once per week
3. Fed him with vit C every morning
4. Cherie Hearts fed him with cod liver oil everyday
5. Cook more home food for him instead of da bao outside food, I always make it a point to try to include vegetables and fish. Even if we eat outside food, I ensure they are healthy food.
6. Initially brought him to eu yan sang to build up his body, but had stopped a while, now going to bring him to a chinese physician at ang mo kio recommended by my father in law’s friend.
But still he is down…does your kid fall sick that often? Dash is like once every month!

my son is a vegan oso asthmatic cough since attended childcare in march tis yr….those kia c parents even suan my son is those H1N1 patients hor! Me pissed off, went to NUH ask Dr Lynette Shek for a memo to submit to childcare tt he’s not those H1N1 victims.
Dr Lynette Shek knew we r seeing Yu Guo for tuina and encourage my son go often to cover the duration b4 next reviews.
My son neber take any supplements coz’ he ADHD hyperactive w/austism.
Heard tt Rainbow cleaner is GOOD but damn X lor…..

hann oso on tmc (though we stopped for awhile), multi-vits with fish oil but seems to fall sick often too.
though now he seems to fall sick less frequent but still quite often in my opinion.
SMH mum, we go to Yu Guo’s 同门师兄妹 – Shandong at Jurong. Heard it’s cheaper and less crowded.
We’re also using Rainbow.
Hope Dash Kor Kor will build up his immune system loh. where did he catch his running nose and cough from? so far, my jie jie will down with running nose every mth (touch woods, this mth have not since she consume the child life colesmn(dunno how to spell)). cheers..
Hi denzil also use to cough and flu often too. But now we try not to let him sleep in the air con room and everyday a apple for him.

btw, just fyi. places like Econ TCM (at west* medical at taman jurong) do conduct tuina course. Ditto for community centers. Though I attended the latter (with dash’s mommy) and wahtever I still remember cannot help to boost my gal’s immunity. Duno if I do wrongly
when zav 1st started CC, he was down every mth too. but after 6-8mths, his body immune seems to hv improved. this whole yr, dont hv any major downtime… short ones like over the wkend still does happen like 3-4mths once.
He used to be on TMC etc etc. but his real magic I feel is “propolis”. once I introduce this to him – it seems to do magic for him.

btw cod liver oil is heaty – thus I wld stop his intake once he hv any signs of cough… only restart when he is well again.
