After considerations, Daddy and Mummy decided to get me another new booster seat. They felt that the previous one they bought is not comfortable enough for me, especially when I am napping. So eventually, they use a bit of their little bonus (economy crisis now, you know?) to buy this Maxi Cosi Rodi XR for me. This time, it is new, cause I am going to use it for a few years, and after that, Mei Mei will be using.

We are truely supporters of Maxi Cosi, from baby till now, all my car seats are of Maxi Cosi brand.

(Btw, if anyone knows of anybody who is trying to get a very cheap booster seat, please let Mummy knows. She is trying to sell away the booster seat we bought previously.)

Daddy and Mummy brought me to Furama Riverfront hotel for 2 days 1 night stay over the weekends. It was to celebrate Daddy’s birthday.

We went to the square at Furama for buffet lunch with Por Por and Yi Yi before checking in. The food there was not that yummy. But still I had a great time eating a variety of food like porridge, noodles, cakes and ice cream.

After lunch, we checked in to our room. We got a free upgrade to executive room because the hotel rooms were fully occupied. Anyway, we just stayed at the hotel room to relax as Mummy was not able to move about much.

I had a great time exploring the room, switching the lights on and off, looking at people’s swimming from the big window etc.

Next time we will go to mei mei de fang jian again with Violet Mei Mei, ok?

Mummy initially planned to send me to Shekinah Montessori, but after receiving feedbacks from a few kind mummies, she decided against it. In the end, she chooses Faith Educare, a full day childcare centre that opens till 9pm and is very nearby our house (just about 10 minutes walk).

Anyway, I started school yesterday on 1st of December. Mummy plans to let me adjust to the school first by bringing me home straight away after lunch throughout whole of December (since there is no proper lesson for whole of this month). From January, I will have to stay there for full day. Next year, I will be in Nursery 2.

Not much photos taken, cause Mummy couldn’t move about much, and I was busy clinging on to her. I cried a bit when I did not see Daddy and Mummy, after that, I just sat besides the teachers quietly, and observed what everyone was doing. I think I still need some time to get use to my teachers and friends.

Mummy bought this Learn to write (Little hands) Alex toy (from www.tokomama.com) for me which she thinks is rather good. I can practise writing all the alphabets by tracing them on the erasable board that comes with a marker. It costs around $13 (after discount) only. You can also turn the wheels at the sides of the board, select an A-Z picture and trace the letter. Most importantly, you can take it anywhere! Good buy!
